Customers will be notified at least 18 hours in advance of their scheduled pickup or delivery time via phone or message.

There is no fixed service availability by day or time; all services are assigned dynamically.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is free for all free pickup and delivery orders.

Orders that include previously charged pickup/delivery fees will incur additional charges if rescheduled.

Customers must inform the team as early as possible to avoid delays.

3. Order Minimums and Service Charges

The minimum order value for free pickup and delivery is Rs. 400 within a 10 km radius from the store location.

Orders below this threshold or outside the coverage area may incur extra service fees.

All pricing is subject to change based on operational considerations.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard processing time is 2 business days from the pickup date.

Express service may be available on request at additional cost, subject to item type and availability.

5. Access and Customer Responsibility

Customers are expected to be available at the scheduled time and location or provide access instructions in advance.

SK Laundry is not liable for any unattended items unless prior arrangements have been made.

6. Delivery Tracking and Communication

Real-time tracking is not available.

For updates on the delivery status, customers are encouraged to contact the delivery agent directly using the contact information provided at the time of dispatch.

7. Missed Appointments

In case of a missed pickup or delivery, customers must coordinate a new time with our team.

As per rescheduling policy, fees may apply depending on the service type.

All garments are properly inspected, tagged, and secured for transport.
